If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications on RoamFlow.store are provided for informational purposes and may contain minor inaccuracies; actual products may vary slightly.

Roam Flow makes every effort to display accurate pricing and stock levels, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the corrected price.

3. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment Methods

All prices listed on RoamFlow.store are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or shipping charges, which will be added at checkout based on your delivery address and local regulations.

Roam Flow accepts major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods as displayed on the Site. You confirm that the payment method you use is yours or that you have legal authority to use it. Roam Flow uses industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your financial information.

Taxes and import duties are your sole responsibility. For international orders, customs clearance and any associated fees are the buyer’s obligation. Roam Flow is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Roam Flow ships products from our fulfillment centers worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Standard shipping options and express services are available at checkout on RoamFlow.store.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Risk of loss and title to the products pass to you upon handover to the carrier. Roam Flow is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility, though we will assist with carrier claims where possible.

For international shipments, please allow additional time for customs processing. Roam Flow is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or government agencies.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

At Roam Flow, we stand behind the quality of our travel products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from RoamFlow.store, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs), provided the items are in original, unused, and resalable condition with all tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for return.
Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Certain products, including opened eSIM data plans, personalized items, or final-sale products, are non-returnable. Please review product pages on RoamFlow.store for specific return eligibility.

Cancellations are accepted only before an order has been processed for shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may still return the item under the policy above.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The failure of Roam Flow to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
